Welcome to iptermslab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and the provision of our services, information products, and goods. By accessing or using iptermslab, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Scope of Services

iptermslab provides legal drafting services for software and intellectual property, non-disclosure agreements, and platform policies. Services may include consultations, draft preparation, and revisions. Our information products consist of digital guides and templates. Goods are physical items such as printed materials delivered to your address.

2. Use of Platform

You agree to use iptermslab in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You shall not misuse our content or disrupt the platform’s operations.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We accept major methods as indicated at checkout. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs and exclude any duties or charges you may incur.

4. Delivery of Goods and Information Products

Physical goods are shipped to the address provided. Delivery times vary by destination. Information products are delivered via secure download link or email upon order confirmation.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive for client satisfaction. This section describes your rights and our obligations regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

5.1 Services

Requests to cancel or reschedule a service should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. You may transfer a service appointment once, subject to availability. If you cancel within the 48-hour window or after work has commenced, no refund will be provided. This reflects the time and resources committed to initial research and drafting.

5.2 Information Products

Digital guides and templates may be canceled within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed or downloaded the material. To request a refund, contact us promptly. Once any part of the digital product is downloaded or accessed, the sale is final due to the nature of digital content delivery.

5.3 Goods

You may return physical goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, request authorization via our Contact Form. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective. Refunds for approved returns are processed within 10 days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through iptermslab, including drafts, templates, and guides, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for your internal needs only.

7. Confidentiality and NDAs

We respect the confidentiality of all client information. If you require execution of a non-disclosure agreement, please request one prior to our engagement. Any drafts or information exchanged under an NDA remain protected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iptermslab’s liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service, product, or good at issue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Lausanne.
